Shipping & Delivery
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. You can visit online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. If you're shipping your order to someone else, you may want to let them know that something special is on the way.

Returns & Replacements
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is in new and unused condition. Damaged, dirty or used merchandise CANNOT be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the customer's option and expense. We do not charge restocking fees; however, we do not refund any shipping costs.
Ordering
All orders from placed on CamilleZarsky.com can be placed either as a guest or using a registered account. Orders are shipped in 2-5 days.
Viewing Orders
To view the status of your order at anytime, simply logon using the account you created during your checkout. If you checked out as a guest you will not be able to check the status, but you can email us using our contact page and the order number sent to you via email when you placed your order.
